Login Information
- Username: 5-digit Erlanger ID#
- Password: Must contain 12 characters, a number, a special character, uppercase, and lowercase letters.
Note: passwords must be changed at least once every 6 months to comply with IT security requirements.
New Associate Information

- Your Employee ID# and initial password has been provided in your Get Started orientation email sent the Friday before orientation.
- Please do NOT confuse the EOL portal (orientation, regulatory assignments) with the Employee Direct Access Portal (I-9, direct deposit, benefits); this portal does NOT use the same password as Direct Access.
- Non-exempt/hourly employees, please clock your time using the Kronos Red Clock once in the portal.
- Unable to login and running late to the Orientation Zoom Kick Off at 9AM found in your Current Learning once in the portal? You can access the Zoom link here: https://zoom.us/j/93332316210; just note that you will need your time edited by your manager since you are not yet in the EOL portal where your virtual clock is located.

New Contractors/Volunteers/Students/Residents Information
- For your Employee ID# and password, please contact your manager directly.
- If unable to log in to the EOL portal after getting your credentials from your manager, please follow the instructions under "Forgot Password?".
Forgot Password?
- Click the "Forgotten your username or password?" link. This will ask you for your Employee ID# or your work email address. Please then check your Erlanger email for instructions on how to change your password. If you are a new hire, please do NOT click this link as you do not yet have access to your Erlanger email.
- We recommend setting up a Recovery Email; this optional password recovery email can notify non-Erlanger email addresses to reset your password if you forget in the future - simply click your name in the upper right hand corner once logged in to navigate to your profile to set up.

Technical requirements to use the EOL portal:
- A PC computer is required (Warning: Do not use a smartphone, tablet, Chromebook, or MacBook).
- An updated Chrome or Edge Browser (Warning: Do not use Internet Explorer, Safari, or FireFox).
- Allow pop-ups within your browser.
- All videos must be watched 100% and adequate time spent reading pages or a completion error may occur.
- Pass all quizzes to the listed criteria for completion.
- Manually plug in headphones if you experience audio issues to activate your computer's audio menu.
We cannot assist EOL issues that do not follow the technical requirements.
If you are unable to meet the technical requirements, you may complete your EOL assignments using the computer lab at the HR Building during business hours, M-F, 8am - 4pm. The HR Building is located at 1516 Riverside Dr. Chattanooga.
