Initial Login Information

• New Employees -Your initial login information will be provided in your orientation.
• New Contractors/Volunteers/Students/Residents - Your initial login information will be provided by your manager.

Returning Login Information

• Username: Erlanger ID Number
• Password: This is a password that you created after your initial login. Please note: Passwords will expire if not changed at least once every six months.
• Have you forgotten your password? If you have access to the email tied to your Erlanger Direct Access account (usually your Erlanger your email), please use the Forgotten your username or password? link. If you do not have access to  this email, please use Earl, the chatbot, located at the bottom left side of this page. Please note: Responses for password resets through the chatbot are completed during regular business hours only.

EOL is optimized when using an updated version of Chrome or Edge on a Windows PC.

A computer lab is available without appointment at 1516 Riverside Drive, M-F, 8am-4pm.
